Two-Timin....Pasta?

That's right, Two-Timin' Pasta. It's my latest Pinterest success!

The recipe was found on Pinterest, but linked back to a cute blog called Pearls, Handcuffs, and Happy Hour. She has a ton of mouthwatering recipes plus a gorgeous recent bedroom transformation!

Anyway, back to the pasta.  I picked Hubby up from the airport yesterday afternoon and we were both starving when we got home.  So I quickly prepared this recipe.  Aside from being tasty, it doesn't take forever--another plus. I made just one modification  by adding crushed red pepper flakes to the sauce, which gave it a little kick.  It was definitely yummy.  Next time I might try it with some chicken in the bake.  Hubby suggested the sauce part might also make a good "twist" to chicken parmesan. We'll see...it was good for lunch today, too ;)

What did we ever do before Pinterest? Did we starve?

  1. I follow Pearls, Handcuffs, and Happy Hour also and boy some of her recipes are YUMMY! Definitely might have to try this one out because my husband and I love pasta; well technically I do which in return makes him love it as well since I cook it all the time ;)

  2. Pintrest is a life saver...this recipe looks delish. I've tried a few from Pintrest that were epic fails but maybe that was just me and my inability to follow instructions well :) But there have been more successes than failures :)

  3. I need a new recipe to save my life. I've been eating turkey burgers non-stop for the last 3 weeks. I'm still loving them, but I'm probably t-minus two days before I get reallll sick of them. Anyway, my ramble means - I'm going to have to try this recipe!
