CB Diet, week 9

So 9 weeks in, and I still I suck at this diet/blogging thing. I didn't even write last week. This is hard for me. I think I need to start using the Lose It app again, or something similar.

I haven't weighed, and I've only worked out once this week. (In my defense, I was scheduled for bootcamp Monday, but the teacher had to cancel -- death in the family). Also, before working out yesterday I had my measurements taken. We'll see if those change in 6 weeks! (hopefully!!) The reason I had them taken was that I started another session of Barre Amped Bootcamp yesterday. Trust me, it burned a lot! It is (obviously) 6 weeks long. I'm also registered for Saturday morning. We'll see if I can get the motivation through this to "#CBdiet blog" regularly, since hopefully I'll have something to report!
So other than working out....which should be okay since I'm "scheduled" for 3x next week (which makes a huge difference for me!) other goal is to do a better job at bringing my lunch and planning meals. This is important! I would be embarrassed to tell you how often we eat a bowl of cereal or a sandwich, etc. for dinner. So I'm not going to....but, I'm going to try to do better.

  1. Doing something regularly is what I needed, hence the start of this whole thing. I don't do well if I don't have to report! Hoping for good things for you this week. :)
