Weigh-in: I weighed one day over the weekend and it was 127, which I guess I'm fine with. Though it does make me a little envious when the other CBDiet bloggers post about weight loss....we're all on our own "journey" I guess.
Exercise completed:
- Sunday: 2.08 mile run (outside)
- Monday: Bowled 3 games...I wouldn't usually count this as exercise but it was my 'activity' for the day!
- Tuesday: Barre Amped Bootcamp
- Wednesday: 40-minute Jillian Michaels, No More Trouble Zones
Success story: Umm we'll go with the run
Recipes: Crockpot Chicken Taco Chili, from Skinnytaste.com. People, this recipe is awesome...I've made it at home and for work (we do pot-lucks once a month). It's been a hit with everyone. And the best part? It isn't too bad for ya. Just don't load up on the cheese, tostitos, sour cream, or other stuff you could use to jazz it up even more.

I like that quote! My scale doesn't seem to be going down either but I tell myself at least it is not going up!
ReplyDeleteMy scale isn't moving either. Well, it's yoyo-ing. Up one pound one day, down two pounds the next. Back up the next and so the story goes. Sigh...
ReplyDeleteI have great losses and great gains, but eventually the median between the two extremes will be on the decline. I'm looking forward to when it's bouncing back and forth between 2 weights 10 pounds lighter than now.
ReplyDeleteAnd very good quote indeed. 5:30 AM meetings it is. Although, I'd quit if my boss made me attend 5:30 AM meetings 4 mornings a week.
I made crockpot chicken taco soup (was more like a chili) last week and ate it every day for at least one meal. It was so good! Instead of sour cream, I added a big scoop of greek yogurt and a light sprinkle of cheese. Mmm!
ReplyDeleteHi! Stumbled upon your blog and I like the way you post... I may start posting like you. Simple and sweet. Thanks!
